Why Passion Twists are a great protective hair style

Let me start off by saying, Passion Twists have become my favorite protective style! I can’t remember who I seen with them first but I know I got inspiration from Instagram. Soon as I seen one picture, I started seeing more women rock this hair style and knew I had to try it. I’ve been wanting a protective style other than wearing wigs because I wore them 90% of the time transitioning to natural and even after I was completely natural for a few months, so I was over wigs. I was looking into box braids but soon as I seen Passion Twists, I was sold lol. Now that I’ve had them for 6 weeks, here are some reasons why you should consider getting them if you’re looking for a protective hairstyle:

Light weight. I was very surprised that these Passion Twists were light weight. I got 18 inches and I just knew they would be heavy but they weren’t. My beautician used a total of 6 packs which cost about $34.99 here on Amazon. If you want a lot of volume then adding more packs of hair may make them heavy.

Fun. Passion Twists are so fun! They give you that Bohemian vibe which I really like. They make me feel like I’m on an island or something lol. I love the curly silky texture of them. I think that’s what makes them stand out the most. I’m all for curly hair styles!

Low maintenance. I love that Passion Twists doesn’t require much work. Over time your hair does get frizzy but that’s when foaming lotion, mousse, or gel come in handy. I’ve learned either or works great! They can last up to 2 months if you take care of them.
