How to style denim and camel

First off, let me just say that I did not think pairing a denim shirt, camel pants, and mustard sandals would look good together. I was very skeptical about this look because I have never seen anyone pair these colors together at least not in this particular way. I just knew I wanted to wear my new mustard block heels sandals my mom got me with a denim shirt lol!

So, I started searching my closet looking for bottoms that is perfect for Spring and that is on trend. Camel is a neutral and wearing neutrals are really trendy this Spring/Summer season. Thus, I pulled out these camel pants I got from Forever 21 and thought it was perfect. After pairing all three together I still was a little hesitant about the look.

Consequently, I started accessorizing with jewelry and handbags. As I was searching for handbags in my closet, I noticed this purse scarf that I got from the thrift store a while ago and never wore. After adding the purse scarf to my bag, I immediately felt like it was the perfect piece I was missing to complete this look! I highly encourage shopping your closet before shopping in stores because you’d be surprised at what you find and what you can create!
